These matters were on board on 12 th December, 2022 when this

Court has heard both these two petitions and granted liberty to the KVM

parties to file propositions of law along with judgments which they

want to rely upon in support of their rival contentions and shall serve

copies of the same to other side in advance. It appears that the parties

have not filed written proposition of law. An affidavit in reply is not

filed in Writ Petition No. 842 of 2020. Affidavit in reply, if any, shall

be filed within two weeks from today with a copy to be served upon

the petitioner's advocate simultaneously. Rejoinder, if any, to be filed

within one week thereafter.

2. The propositions of law along with copies of the judgments shall

be filed in advance before the next date and shall serve a copy thereof

upon the other side in advance.

3. Place Writ Petition No. 842 of 2020 on board for hearing and

final disposal on 9th March, 2023.

4. Place Writ Petition No. 11121 of 2019 on board for hearing and

final disposal on 23rd February, 2023.
