1. It is submitted that subsequently also the caste claim of the petitioner has been invalidated by the Caste Scrutiny Committee. As such, the interim application does not survive. The same is disposed of. The employer may proceed in accordance with law.

2. In case the original petitioner wants to claim any relief, that can be so done by a separate proceeding where the petitioner challenges the judgment of the Caste Scrutiny Committee.
