the impugned Judgment, Order and Decree dated 2nd May,

2022 passed by the Learned Judge of the Family Court, Nashik

in Petition No. A482 of 2014, till the hearing and final disposal

of the Family Court Appeal.

2. There shall be an ad-interim relief in terms of

prayer clause (b). Hearing is expedited.
