Advocates appearing for the parties.
2. It is submitted that at page no. 24 of the Order, the
appearance of Ms. Shruti Rajan a/w Ms. Chitra Rentala and Ms.
Sonal Singh is not shown for the Respondent No. 5 in Writ Petition
No. 785 of 2021 and for the Respondent Nos. 7 and 16 in Writ
Petition (L) No. 6589 of 2021. So also their appearance be shown for
the Respondent No. 5 in Writ Petition (L) No. 849 of 2020 and only
for the Respondent Nos. 7 and 16 in Writ Petition (L) No. 6589 of
2021 and not in Writ Petition (L) No. 849 of 2020.
3. In light of that, the appearance shall be read as under:
"Ms. Shruti Rajan a/w Ms. Chitra Rentala, Mr.

5. Accordingly, motion is disposed of.
6. It is submitted that in para no. 5 of the said Order, the
names of the learned Senior Advocates and Advocates canvassing the
arguments are detailed. However, appearance of lead Senior Counsel
Mr. Janak Dwarkadas in Writ Petition No. 785 of 2021 is not
appearing. So also learned Senior Counsel Mr. J. P. Sen for the
Administrator for the Respondent Yes Bank is not appearing.
7. In light of that in para no. 5 of the judgment and order dated
20/01/2023, the name of learned Senior Counsel Mr. Janak
Dwarkadas be recorded as appearing for the Petitioner in the Writ
Petition No. 785 of 2021 and after the learned Senior Advocate Aspi

Chinnoy, the name of learned Senior Advocate Mr. J. P. Sen be
added for the Respondent-Administrator Yes Bank.
8. We had also heard learned Senior Advocate Dinyar
Madon for Indiabulls Housing Finance Limited. However his name
does not appear in the para no. 5 in the names of the Advocates.
9. The name of Mr. Dinyar Madon learned Senior Advocate
be added as appearing for Indiabulls Housing Finance Limited.
10. Accordingly, the motion is disposed of.
