2. The petitioners are aggrieved by the fact that in spite of dismissal of the suit filed by the objectors in July 2022 and without there being any stay to the operation of the judgment and award passed in a Land Acquisition Reference, their application/withdrawal pursis (Exh. 39) for disbursement of the amount of compensation has been kept pending by the reference court since September 2022.

3. We dispose of the writ petition by directing the reference court to pass appropriate order on petitioners' pursis (Exh. 39) as early as possible and in any event within four weeks from today.
