1. Considering the issue involved, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal by issuing Rule, returnable forthwith.
2. Despite service, there is no appearance on behalf of respondent Nos.2 and 3. This fact has been noted in the order dated 21.08.2023. Today also there is no appearance on that behalf. The petitioners have been appointed as Assistant Teacher at the respondent No.3, Institution, pursuant to the published advertisement. Their services have been approved by the Education Officer (Primary). With a view to receive salary, the online proposal for grant of Shalarth Pranali has been forwarded by the Management to the Education Officer (Primary). This proposal is required to be further sent to the Deputy Director of Education Amravati Division, Amratvati. Since, the Education Officer (Primary) has not taken these steps, the present writ petition has been

3. The respondent Nos.2 and 3 have chosen not to contest the writ petition, which implies that they do not desire to oppose the prayers made in the writ petition. In view of the aforesaid, the following order is passed:-
(i) The respondent No.2 to forward the proposal submitted by the Management for inclusion of the petitioners name in Shalarth Pranali to the Deputy Director of Education Amravati. The same be done within a period of two weeks of receiving the copy of this judgment. After receiving the said proposal, respondent No.1 shall consider the same in accordance with law and take a decision thereon, within a period of four weeks of receiving of such proposal.
(ii) The petitioners to serve copy of this judgment on the respondent Nos.2 and 3.
(iii) With these directions, the writ petition is disposed of.
4. Rule accordingly. No costs.
