In view of the reasons stated in the application, subject to deposit of the entire amount of compensation within eight weeks, there shall be stay to the execution of the impugned judgment and award dated 15.03.2016 passed by the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Link Court, Mehkar in Land Acquisition Claim No. 128 of 2009.
