In view of the reasons stated in the application, subject to deposit of the entire amount of compensation within eight weeks, there shall be stay to the execution of the impugned judgment and award dated 30/07/2022 passed by the Civil Judge Senior Division, Achalpur, District Amravati in L.A.C. No.41 of 2013.

4. The application stands disposed of, accordingly.
