Both the learned counsel jointly submit that in view of the

judgment dated 27th July, 2023 passed by the Family Court, Solapur

allowing the application for divorce by mutual consent, nothing

survives in these two miscellaneous civil applications which have been

rendered infructuous by virtue of the said judgment. Accordingly, both

the miscellaneous civil applications are disposed as infructuous.
