This is an application seeking stay on the execution of the

judgment and award dated 8th March, 2023 passed by the M.A.C.T.,

Pune in M.A.C.P. No. 707 of 2016.

2. Learned counsel for the appellant would submit that the

claimants are in process of executing the impugned judgment and

award and therefore the urgency.

3. Having heard learned counsel and having perused the the

application, issue notice to the respondent no.3 returnable on 8 th

September, 2023. Ms.Mital, learned counsel waives service for the

respondent nos. 1 and 2.

4. In the meanwhile, let there be stay to the impugned judgment

and award subject to the deposit of the entire decretal amount within a

period of four weeks.
