Mr.Rupesh Chalke attached to Chatushrungi Police Station, Pune City,

submitted that, the Petitioners have been acquitted by the learned Additional

Sessions Judge, Pune in Sessions Case No. 670 of 2011 arising out of CR No.

110 of 2011 registered with Chatushrungi Police Station, Pune, by its

Judgment and Order dated 29th April 2017. A photocopy of the said

Judgment and Order is placed on record.

3. In view of above, present Petition has become infructuous and is

accordingly disposed off.
