It is submitted by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that the regularization granted earlier by respondent Nos. 2 to 4 could not have been cancelled in the light of the judgment of this Court in Writ Petition No. 151/2019 (Smt. Lata Ramkrishna Falke Vs. Nagpur Improvement Trust, through its Chairman & Ors.) decided on 18/11/2019. 2] Issue notice to the respondents returnable in four weeks. 3] The learned Additional Government Pleader waives notice for respondent No.1.

4] To be heard with Public Interest Litigation No. 40/2013. 5] In the meanwhile, the respondents shall not take any further steps pursuant to the impugned communcation.
