1. Heard the respective learned counsel.
2. The husband and wife have impugned the same order. The learned counsels for the parties states that matter is likely to be settled. However, the warrant has been issued. The husband is ready to deposit 50% arrears of the maintenance as per the impugned order and continue to pay Rs. 4,000/- per month until further orders. The learned counsel for the respondent is agreeable to the proposal.
3. In view of the above, execution, implementation and operation of the Judgment and Order dated 19.11.2018 passed by the learned Judge, Family Court Nanded in Petition No. E-114 of 2015, is stayed untill further orders.
4. Stand over to 21st June, 2021.
