1. The dispute is about correct categorization for considering the convicts case for grant of remission after completion of 14 years. Unless the facts of the case are brought before us we cannot decide the correctness of categorization made by the authority. The petitioner undertakes to produce copy of judgment under which he was convicted.

2. The State is requested to produce the copy of report of Sessions Judge called for the purposes of categorization.

3. Stand over after two weeks.
