1. Heard Shri Mohd. Ateeque, learned counsel for the petitioner;

and Shri N.S. Rao, learned Assistant Government Pleader,

who appears by waiving the notice for the respondent.

2. Rule. Rule is made returnable forthwith.

3. We direct the respondent to decide the application of the

petitioner dated 18-2-2021 in accordance with law, at the earliest and

in any case within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of

the order of this Court.

4. The learned Assistant Government Pleader shall send the copy

of the order to the respondent for its due compliance.

5. The petitioner is also at liberty to send the copy of the order

to the respondent for compliance.
