1] Heard the learned counsel for the applicant. The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the Reference Court has granted compensation 20 times more than the amount awarded by the Special Land Acquisition Officer, hence, requested to stay the impugned order.

2] Considering the submissions of both learned counsel as well as the reasons mentioned in the application, the impugned judgment and award is stayed till next date subject to deposit of 50% of the award amount within 8 weeks.
