1] Heard the learned counsel for the applicant. The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has deposited the entire award amount and this Court has permitted the respondents to withdraw 50% amount out of deposited amount, hence, requested to stay the impugned judgment and order.

2] Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the applicant, the impugned judgment and order is stayed till fnal disposal of the appeal.
