PER COURT :-

1. Heard learned counsel for the applicants, learned AGP for the respondents-State and learned counsel for respondent-Acquiring Body.

2. The learned counsel for the applicants submitted that as per the directions of this Court, the respondent-Acquiring Body has deposited 60% of the compensation amount and this Court has granted stay to the impugned Judgment and order. The learned counsel for the applicants requested to direct the respondent-Acquiring body to deposit remaining 40% of the compensation amount alongwith accrued interest thereon.

3. In view of the above submissions, the respondent-Acquiring Body is directed to deposit remaining 40% of the compensation amount alongwith accrued interest thereon within 12 weeks.

4. Applications are disposed of.
