. Learned APP on instructions from the Police Officer attached to

Manpada Police Station, Dombivli submitted that, the Petitioner has been

acquitted by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Kalyan in Atro. Special

Case No.154 of 2014 arising out of CR No.I-13/2014 registered with

Manpada Police Station, Dombivli by its Judgment and Order dated 12 th

August, 2022.

2. In view of the above, present Petition has become infructuous

and is accordingly disposed off.
