(g) of Section 2 and Section 4 of the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007 and the judgment of division bench in the matter of Sheetal Devang Shah Vs. Presiding Officer of the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens & Ors . reported in 2022 SCC OnLine Bom 1068, there shall be stay to the impugned order to the extent of petitioner, particularly, when it is claimed by the petitioner that she is not residing in the suit flat as in view of matrimonial discord with her husband.
