1. In the order dated 01/08/2022 in paragraph no. 11, in 2 nd last

line word "plaintiffs" be corrected to read as "applicant".

2. Order dated 01/08/2022 be corrected accordingly.

3. The prayer is for staying the effect and operation of the

order dated 01/08/2022 for a period of six weeks as the revisional

applicants intend to take chance before the Apex Court.

4. The prayer is opposed on the ground that as against the

room no. 24 the outstanding mesne profit is Rs.17,500/- and rent

of Rs.12,319/-. It is further claimed that as against the rent of

Room No. 13, the outstanding is Rs.26,645/-.

5. Learned counsel for the revisional applicants on instructions,

submits that the aforesaid entire amount shall be deposited in

Small Causes Court within a period of one week from today.

Statement accepted.

6. In the wake of the aforesaid statement, request made by

learned counsel for the revisional applicants is allowed. The effect

and operation of the judgment dated 01/08/2022 delivered by this

Court is stayed for a period of six weeks from today.

7. Liberty to apply for withdrawal of the amount before the

Small Causes Court.
