1 A Notice of Motion No.19/2018 is taken out by judgment debtor, wherein a relief is sought for setting aside the insolvency notice and in support of the said relief, Section 95 of the IBC Code is pressed into service apart from the other grounds. It is informed that the applicant is one of the petitioner before the Hon'ble Apex Court in a bunch of petitions which raise a challenge to Sections 95 and 96 of the IBC.
