 P.C.:

1. By the impugned judgment and orders the applicant is convicted by sentencing to undergo imprisonment for a period of one (1) year. It is stated that the applicant has already undergone six (6) months of the sentence imposed on the applicant.

2. Considering the sentence imposed and the factor that the criminal revision application is unlikely to be decided in near future, the applicant has made out a case for suspending the sentence imposed on the applicant.

3. Therefore, I pass the following order:

a) Till the decision of the criminal revision application, the substantive sentence imposed by judgment and order dated 19 th

September, 2017 for offence under sections 324, 341 of the Indian Penal Code,1860 in Regular Criminal Case No.183 of 2013 passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ratnagiri as confirmed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Ratnagiri in Criminal Appeal No.31 of 2017 by judgment and order dated 8 th March 2022, is suspended.

b) The applicant shall be released on bail on furnishing PR Bond of Rs.5,000/- and one surety in the like amount.

c) He shall report the concerned police station in the first week of January of every year.

4. The interim application is disposed of in above terms. No costs.
