1 Heard Mr. Thorat, the learned Counsel appearing for the

Applicant/Appellant.

2 Notice has been issued to the Respondents for admission.

However, considering the narrow conspectus of the matter as well as

noting that by the impugned judgment of the City Civil Court at Dindoshi

which though finding that the threshold of the suit filed is beyond the

pecuniary jurisdiction of the Court, has dismissed the Suit No.466 of

2016.

3              Accordingly, the Interim Application requires to be heard

and disposed of at the admission stage itself.

4 The office is directed to issue the notice for final hearing of

the First Appeal to the Respondent, returnable on 07.12.2022.

5 Stand over to 07.12.2022. The earlier order shall continue

till the hearing and final disposal of the First Appeal.
