1. Mr.Sakhare, learned senior counsel for the Municipal

Corporation seeks extension of six weeks' time granted by this Court

by an order dated 20th October, 2022 to issue TDR in favour of the

petitioner on the ground that the Municipal Corporation has proposed

to challenge the said judgment before the Hon'ble Supreme Court.

2. Learned senior counsel for the Municipal Corporation

states that the petitioner has been already served with a notice of

mentioning this matter. Time to comply with the order passed by this

Court on 20th October, 2022 is extended by six weeks from today.

3. The Municipal Corporation is directed to communicate this
