1. By this application, the Applicant has sought stay to the execution

and implementation of the impugned judgment and award dated

22.12.2021 passed by the MACT, Mumbai IN Application No. 1083 of

2014.

2. Learned Counsel for the Applicant states that the Applicant-

Insurance Company shall deposit the entire amount before the Claims

Tribunal within four weeks. In the light of the said statement,

implementation and execution of the impugned Judgment and Award is

stayed till the next date of hearing.

3. Issue Notice to the Respondents, returnable on 14.12.2022.
