1. Present Second Appeals are directed against the money

decree in which the appellant was directed to furnish bank

guarantee so also the amount of interest was to be deposited in

this Court.

2. The decree holder has moved for withdrawal of the amount

of interest whereas the appellant/judgment debtor have moved an

application for acceptance of bank guarantee by over ruling the

objections raised by the Registry in relation to certain clauses

therein.

3. The Second Appeals are yet to be posted for admission.

4. In this background, the Court was willing to take up the

second appeals for admission. However, learned counsel for the

appellant seeks time to prepare and address.

5. Accordingly, adjourned to 23/11/2022, by way of last chance

as it is to be considered whether the appeal deserves admission.

6. Needless to clarify that the pending applications shall be

considered alongwith the second appeals on the next date.
