Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in spite of best efforts, she is unable to get the date of the order of status quo, as directed by the order dated 15/11/2022. She however submits that it is the fact that the status quo was granted and the transfer by the respondent no.1 was in the teeth of the status quo, which is reflected from para 4 of the judgment dated 02/05/2012 (pg.29), which being the position, issue notice to the respondents for final disposal, returnable on 29/11/2022.
