1. By this application the Applicant has sought stay of the

execution and implementation of the impugned judgment dated

22/03/2022 passed by Claims Tribunal, Pandharpur, in M.A.CP. No.20

of 2016.

2. Learned counsel for the Applicant states that the

compensation as per the impugned judgment and award will be

deposited before the Claims Tribunal within a period of four weeks.

3. In the light of the said statement, execution and

implementation of the impugned Judgment is stayed till the next date

of hearing.

4. Issue notice to the Respondents, returnable on 13/12/2022.
