1. Learned counsel for the Appellant states that compensation

as per paragraph Nos.1 to 5 of the operative part of the order dated

23/01/2019 in Land Reference No.92 of 2008 has been deposited

before the Reference Court at Nashik. She states that challenge is only

to the amount ordered to be paid as per paragraph 32(6) of the

impugned Judgment whereunder the Appellant has been directed to

pay rental compensation with interest @8% per annum from the date

of possession till the date of the award.

2. Learned counsel for the Appellant states that the Appellant

has no objection, if the amount deposited in terms of paragraphs 32(1)

to 32(5) is paid to Respondent-original Claimant.

3. Issue notice to the Respondents, returnable on 13/12/2022.
