ORAL JUDGMENT: (Per SUNIL B.SHUKRE, J.)

1. Rule. Rule is made returnable forthwith. Heard finally

with the consent of respective parties.

2. Mr. Bhandarkar, learned counsel for the petitioner submits

that in so far as the issue of deciding lease renewal application of the

petitioner is concerned, this Court in Writ Petition No. 3249/2020 with

another petition, vide judgment and order dated 15th September, 2022,

had disposed of the same by issuing directions and, as such, the instant WP.3242.20.J

petition can also be disposed of by issuing similar directions.

3. Ms.Ketaki Joshi, learned Additional Government Pleader

does not dispute this position.

4. In view of the above, we direct the respondent to consider

and decide the lease renewal application filed by the petitioner in

accordance with law, keeping in view the observations made in W.P.

No.3249/2020 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within three

months from the date of receipt of the order of this Court.

5. Rule is made absolute in above terms. No costs.
