. By this Application, the Applicant - Insurance Company has sought

stay of execution and implementation of the impugned judgment and

award dated 07/08/2019 passed by the Chairman, MACT, Mumbai in

Application No.1648/2017.

2. Learned counsel for the Applicant states that the compensation as

per the impugned judgment and award will be deposited before the

Claims Tribunal, Mumbai within a period of four weeks.

3. In the light of said statement, execution and implementation of the

impugned judgment is stayed till the next date of hearing. Issue notice to
