. By this Application, the Applicant has sought stay of execution

and implementation of the impugned judgment and award dated

17/03/2022 passed by the Member, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal,

Nashik in Claim Petition No.101/2018.

2. Learned counsel for the Applicant states that compensation as per

the impugned judgment will be deposited before the Claims Tribunal

within a period of four weeks.

3. In the light of said statement, execution and implementation of

the impugned judgment is stayed till the next date of hearing. Issue
