. Some of the issues involved in these petitions are the subject matter of Writ Petition Nos.113 of 2019 (OS) and 3543 of 2018 (OS) which are already heard by this Court finally and are closed for pronouncement of judgment. We accordingly adjourn these matters.

2. Place these two matters on board for 'Directions' on 28 th November 2022 to enable this Court to fix a peremptory date of hearing of these two petitions. Ad-interim order granted by this Court to continue till further orders.
