1. None present for the applicant.
2. On 12th September, 2022, learned Counsel appearing
for the applicant made statement that he would bring on
record the judgment showing that though offence under
Section 279 of Indian Penal Code is not compoundable,
but the same can be settled in view of the settlement
between the parties. He undertook to workout the matter
on merits, if he would not bring the judgments that
Section 279 of Indian Penal Code can be compounded.
3. However, today none appeared for the applicant.
4. In the interest of justice, last opportunity
granted. Stand over to 29th November, 2022.
