DEVIDAS ZAGDU KOLI

SUBHASH SRAVAN KOLI

Advocate for Appellant : Mr. Patil Prakashsing B.
Advocate for Respondent : Mr. Girish Rane.
CORAM : MANGESH S. PATIL, J.
DATE : 23.03.2022. PER COURT :
I have heard learned advocates of both the sides. Though both these appeals arise out of two separate appeals, the appeals before the lower appellate court were from the self same judgment of the trial court.
2. After having heard both the sides it transpires that one of the appeals has been held to be not maintainable by the lower appellate court on the basis of a statement made by the learned advocate for the appellant.
3. Learned advocate Mr. Rane who appears for the sole respondent in both these appeals seeks time to take instructions.
4. Both the sides request that the record and proceeding be called.
5. Call the record and proceeding. The execution shall stand stayed till the next date.
6. Stand over to 20.04.2022.
