1)      It is not in dispute that the Applicant in interim application has

already taken out execution proceedings for recovery of the amount

due.

2) Similar relief is claimed in the Interim Application No.1984 of

2022. That being so, in response to the Court's query, Counsel for the

Applicant-landlord seeks time to make Statements of not pressing the

execution proceedings which are pending before the Court below, so

as to facilitate him to pursue the present application.

3) In response to the Court's query, Counsel for the tenant-

judgment debtor assures that revision shall be argued on the next

date for admission. Accordingly by way of last chance, matter is

adjured to 20th July, 2022.
