 ORDER :

. Heard learned Counsel for applicant.

2. Issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 19th

September, 2022. The learned AGP waives service for

respondent nos.2 and 3.

3. Applicant to deposit entire amount as per the judgment

and award passed by the Reference Court in L.A.R. No. 20 of

2016 within twelve weeks.

3. Till then, there shall be ad-interim stay to the order

passed by the reference Court.
