DATE : 21st JUNE 2022 P.C. :- 1. The Petitioner is heard in person. The Petitioner
challenges order dated 2nd June 2022 passed by Assessing
Officer in regard to Assessment year 2017-2018 on the ground
that the Officer has failed to provide requisite material relied
upon by him which was to be supplied in terms of directions
issued by Apex Court in the Judgment and order dated 4 th May
2022 in case of Union of India Vs. Ashish Agarwal (2022) 138
taxmann.com 64(SC) and therefore urges that impugned order
dated 2nd June 2022 is illegal and invalid.

2. Issue notice to Respondents. Ms. Chabbriya learned
Counsel for the Respondents waives notice.
3. Reply to be filed within 4 weeks. Rejoinder, if any, to be
filed within two weeks thereafter.
4. Stand over to 2nd August 2022.
5. The Respondents shall not proceed in terms of impugned
order dated 2nd June 2022 till next date.
