The challenge is to the judgment dated 13.01.2020 which grants maintenance of Rs. 3,000/- to the applicant No.2 daughter, as being insufficient and the denial of maintenance to the applicant No.1 wife on the ground, that the non-applicant has not refused or neglect to maintain the applicants and the applicant No.1 wife is able to maintain herself.

2. After hearing the matter for some time, when it was pointed out that the impugned judgment dated 13.01.2020 indicates the consideration by the learned Family Court regarding the income of the applicant No. 1 wife based upon her income tax return at Exh. 34 and the suppression of these documents, Mr. Karmarkar, learned counsel for the applicants, on instructions, does not press the present revision insofar 2 31.REVN.84-2020.odt

as the applicant No.1 wife Shahin Zahera Dosani is concerned. The revision insofar as the applicant No.1 wife is concerned, therefore stands dismissed as not pressed.

3. He however submits, that the maintenance granted to the applicant no.2 - daughter Roshni Mohd. Dosani, who is now 19 years of age and is prosecuting her studies, requires enhancement. Mr. Karmarkar, learned counsel for the applicants, however, seeks a week's time to place on record the material to indicate the current income of the respondent.

4. List the matter on 27.6.2022.
