PER COURT :-

Learned counsel for applicant submits that applicant has

preferred frst appeal for enhancement of compensation.

Applicant is very poor person. Applicant is received

compensation amount on 11th June 2021 and after getting the

amount the applicant fled application for certifed copies of

Judgment and order and other documents. After receiving

certifed copy apppellant approach this court. Hence delay

caused to fling for appeal be condoned.

2. Learned A.G.P. objected for condonation of delay on the

ground that there are no sufcient reasons given for

condonation of delay.

3. Considering the reasons mentioned in the Civil

Application, the delay of 2832 days for fling appeal is

condoned. The applicant shall not claim interest and statutory

benefts for delayed period. The Civil Application is disposed of.

4. Appeal be registered subject to removal of ofce

objections if any
