                              PER COURT:

1. This petition has been filed through jail seeking certain

relief such as home food and other articles in the jail. Learned APP

has tendered the report received from the Jailor, Class-1 (Judicial),

Taloja Central Prison, Navi Mumbai stating that the petitioner has

been released from the prison on 29th August, 2021 pursuant to

judgment of acquittal. The report is taken on record.

2. Writ Petition No.4175 of 2017 is infructuous and

stands disposed of accordingly.
