1. There is no reply to the Summons for Judgment. Learned counsel for the

defendants states that her clients are in Assam. She undertakes to file affidavit-in-

reply within one week from today.

2. Accordingly, I pass the following order :-

(i) Affidavit-in-reply to the Summons for Judgment to be filed on or

before 17th June 2022.

(ii) Affidavit-in-rejoinder, if any, to be filed by 20 th June 2022.
