1. Considering that the appeal arises out of the judgment dated 12/07/2012 whereunder the respondents have been acquitted for the offence punishable under Sections 143, 147, 427 and 506 r/w Section 149 of IPC and so also for the offence punishable under Section 3 (i) (x) of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, the complainant would be necessary party, in view of which, learned Additional Public Prosecutor seeks leave to add original complainant - Gowardhan Ishwardas Bansod as respondent no.5 in the present appeal.

2. Leave is granted. Addition be carried out today itself. Upon addition being carried out, issue notice to the 0706 APPEAL 69 of 2014.odt

newly added respondent no.5, returnable on 13/06/2022.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor shall ensure service of notice upon the newly added respondent no.5 by that time.

4. List the matter on 14/06/2022 for further consideration.
