. The challenge raised in this Writ Petition is to the communication dated 15/7/2022, by which the Respondent - Employer has informed the Petitioner that his services would be terminated at the expiry of a period of one month from the date of service of the said notice. The Petitioner seeks protection of his services by relying upon the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of State of Maharashtra and Another V/s Kishao Vishwanath Sonone and Another and other connected Appeals, 2020 SCC OnLine SC 1040 , especially paragraphs 100 and 101 thereof.
2. We find that since the employer of the Petitioner is the department Posts, the Petitioner can seek remedy before the Central Administrative Tribunal. The Petitioner is, thus, permitted to withdraw

the Writ Petition with liberty to seek the said remedy. The points raised in this Petition are kept open .
3. Writ Petition is disposed of, as withdrawn.
