the order dated 20/09/2010. In the second line of first paragraph,

date of the impugned judgment is typed as '5 th October, 2010' instead

of '5th October, 2009'. Similarly, in the last line of paragraph 12, date is

typed as '31st October, 2997' instead of '31st October, 2007'.

2. Hence, in the second line of first paragraph of the order

dated 20/09/2010, the date of the impugned judgment and decree

shall be corrected to read as "5 th October, 2009". In the last line of

paragraph 12, the date shall be corrected to read as " 31 st October,

Digitally 2007".
