Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned

counsel for respondent.

2. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that

applicant has challenged the Judgment and award passed by

learned Member, Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Aurangabad

in Motor Accident Claim Petition No. 482 of 2005 dated

16.01.2010 on various grounds. Hence it be stayed till fnal

disposal of the appeal. Learned counsel further submits that

applicant has deposited entire award amount before this Court.

3. Considering submissions of both learned counsel the

effect and operation of impugned Judgment and award of

learned tribunal is stayed till disposal of the appeal.

4. Place First Appeal No. 1049 of 2010 on 08.09.2022.
