2. The applications seek condonation of delay. Considering the extent of delay and the reasons given, though Mr. Alaspurkar, learned counsel for some of the non-applicants opposes, the delay is condoned.

The review applications are based upon the ground, that an incorrect map was filed, taking into consideration which the judgment sought to be reviewed was rendered.

Mr. Alaspurkar, learned counsel appearing for some of the objectors/non-applicants dispute this position, in view of which, a disputed factual position arises which cannot be a ground for review, therefore there is no merit in the application, the application is dismissed with no order as to costs.
