. By this Application, the Applicant has sought stay of execution and

implementation of the impugned judgment and award dated 16/12/2021

passed by the Member, MACT, Thane in Motor Accident Claim Petition

No.419/2016.

2. Learned counsel for the Applicant states that the entire amount of

compensation as per the impugned judgment and award will be deposited

within a period of six weeks. In the light of said statement, execution and

implementation of the impugned judgment is stayed till the next date of

hearing. Issue notice to the Respondents, returnable on 12/08/2022.
