admission under the provisions of Order XII Rule 6 of the Code of Civil

Procedure, 1908. In this Interim Application there is no question of

granting any ad-interim relief.

2. In these circumstances, the concerned Defendants are at

liberty to file an Affidavit-in-Reply to the aforesaid Interim Application

on or before 4th February, 2022 and serve a copy of the same on the

advocates for the Plaintiffs. If the Plaintiffs seeks to file any Affidavit-in-

Rejoinder, they may do so by 11th February, 2022 and serve a copy of the

same on the advocates for the Defendants.

3. Place the above Interim Application for hearing on 18 th

February, 2022.

4. All parties to act on an authenticated copy of this order
